Section 19
The rights of the chut guthi will be transferred to the liability company
All the chut guthi will be converted into rajguthi and all the rights of the chut guthi over such chal achal jayjetha, including the devamurti will be transferred to the corporation and all the rights of the guthiar khangidar of such chut guthi will be terminated.
